The only small gripe was the TV, which had terrestrial channels but no Sky Sports, Movies or Atlantic. We could cast from our own device, though, so it wasn't a big deal. Even the least expensive room felt like my own home, not an apartment. It was well designed and had everything we needed. Room service was spot on, the cleaners did an immaculate job, and check-in and check-out were easy. I can only imagine how lovely the higher-tier rooms are. If you're around Tower Hill or the City of London, this is the place I'd choose.

This was my second stay, after first visiting in 2023, and it was clean, quiet and spacious, with sweeping views of the Thames and Tower Bridge. A special thank you to the front desk team, especially Dale, who found my misplaced toy after checkout and arranged to have it mailed back promptly.

The room was spacious, with a large double bedroom and decent furnishings, and mine had a beautiful view of Tower Bridge. There’s also a taxi queue right outside and the staff were helpful. It feels a long way from quite a few tourist attractions, though it is handy if you’re visiting the financial district. It feels more like an apartment than a polished hotel room. For example, some vinyl floor planks lifted and stuck to my bare feet, and it took some explaining to work out how things operated. It was a solid, positive stay, but I’m not sure the experience quite matches the price.

We were right on the waterfront, close to Tower Bridge and the Tower of London, with stunning views day and night. Our room was huge and well equipped, and the team were wonderful and friendly. This was our first visit, but it's already our favourite holiday spot.

The area is lively during the day and quiet at night, and the apartment is conveniently close to the pier and tube stations. We had a great stay. Special thanks to the helpful, professional staff, especially Lorraine, Kestas, Adriana, Dominico and Diogo.
