Shoreditch has loads to see and do, with shops, bars, and restaurants within walking distance. Brick lane is about a 10-minute walk from citizen M, and the location is excellent. I stayed last night and was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience, from the service and rooms to the location. The staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive. The rooms aren't huge, but they're a decent medium size for two people sharing, and the view was excellent. I'd definitely recommend the hotel and will 100% stay again.

The rooms are really nice and clean. The iPad system means you don't have to get out of bed, though there are physical buttons for everything too. Mazzz at the front desk was incredibly kind and helpful, and made check-in really easy. I had been told early check-in wasn't available, and knew it wasn't guaranteed, so I was happy to wait. Mazzz and another woman at the desk were so helpful and made sure I was comfortable while I waited. The front desk had noticed I'd asked about it and got me checked in super early. Really nice staff and customer service. I'd definitely stay again.

The rooms are compact rather than huge, but they use the space well. The beds are big and comfortable, and the view is great. I made a last-minute booking and will definitely choose CitizenM for future stays in London. It's in Shoreditch, close to buses and the tube, so getting around is easy. You can mostly check in and out without interacting with anyone, but staff are around and very friendly.

The stay itself was fantastic, and the hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Liverpool Street with shopping nearby. Staff were welcoming whenever and wherever we ran into them. At reception, Hannah greeted my partner and me with so much warmth and kindness. We told her we'd had an unpleasant stay at another hotel, and she gave us exceptionally good service. She truly deserves a star. For the location, this was perfect value for money.

For the price, the facilities and overall experience were absolutely worth it. The hotel and breakfast hall were excellent, and the food was very good. Staff were friendly and helpful, with smooth service throughout my great stay at citizenM London Shoreditch.
