Stepping out of Citizen M Tower of London puts you right by the Tower of London and the Thames. The location couldn't be better, and the rooftop terrace and bar were outstanding, with what I'm sure is the best view in London. The team were wonderful, always smiling, and nothing seemed too much trouble. They seemed to enjoy working together. The room was on the small side, but a technological masterpiece. An iPad controls everything, from light intensity and colour to the temperature, TV, curtains, and blinds. Lowering them all to black out the room meant I slept like an absolute little baby. I couldn't have slept better. I enjoyed every minute of my stay. I'm home now and already looking for my next visit to Citizen M. You should too.

I'm here for three days with my daughter and just checked in tonight. First impressions are great. The rooms are snug but have everything you need and are very comfortable. The rooftop bar is amazing. Everyone was so kind and lovely, from the check-in staff to the manager and bar staff. Great place.

We chose this hotel for our City Cruises afternoon tea, which was just a short stroll away, and the location was perfect. Check-in was easy. We initially thought it was all self-service, but the friendly staff came over and explained everything, including how to get water for the room and how breakfast works. They made us feel welcome straight away. The room is small but had everything we needed for a short stay. The blackout blinds and quiet atmosphere were brilliant, and we slept right through to 8am 😴. The lounge had plenty of room to relax, and breakfast was a treat. At £18 per person, we thought the selection was generous and good value. We'll definitely come back for another short London stay ❤️

I spent a few lovely hours at citizenM Tower of London and found the experience effortlessly impressive. The customer service was warm, attentive, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The design is modern and stylish, but still feels relaxed rather than cold or corporate. The lighting, décor, and other details create a sophisticated atmosphere with personality. Add wonderful company, and it became a memorable visit. I'll absolutely return.

Aziz, one of the ambassadors at citizenM Tower Hill, made our evening feel special. His care and attention to detail, along with the wider team's service, were exceptional. From the moment my business partner and I arrived, we felt welcomed as people, not just guests. We'd had a day that changed the direction of our work, and chose the lounge and bar for our meeting. It was a great setting for focused conversation, reflection, and decisions. Aziz was warm, professional, and seemed to understand how to make the space comfortable and inspiring. We'll absolutely return, and I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for comfort, creativity, and outstanding service.
