City Prime Apartments

It really felt like a home away from home in the heart of London, and I enjoyed every minute. The rooms are clean and cosy, and housekeeping are doing their jobs properly. The staff are super friendly. Ask for Shwan if you need anything. Definitely a place to stay.

Shwan was super helpful and friendly, and made check-out easy. Thanks for the excellent service! I stayed for one night and had a really pleasant experience. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and just right for a short visit.

We were greeted with a smile whenever we passed reception, and the staff were kind and so helpful. After that first night, we decided to scrap the accommodation that had fallen through and stay here instead. We were happy every night and can’t recommend the place enough. Thank you to the lovely team for making this trip easier for us. A few days ago, we arrived in London very late and exhausted to find that our accommodation had fallen through without us knowing. My mum went into the City Prime Apartments to ask for help, and they offered us a room for the night at a very cheap price. We’d flown 8 hours from Dubai after being awake all day, and it was effectively ‘3am’ for us.

The apartment was very neat, with all the basic amenities provided, and the staff were friendly. It has a complete kitchen if you like cooking. I really enjoyed my stay, and it’s a great choice for a London visit.
