Cleveland Residences Bloomsbury

The heated bathroom floors were a lovely surprise, and the rooms and rest of the property were spotless and fantastic. Staff were very helpful, too. It's in a safe area, close to everything we wanted to visit and experience. Just know there's no elevator if you need one. I didn't really count that as a con. I loved it, thank you again.

Save your money. If I could give zero stars, I would. I stayed for my birthday and paid £50 for a birthday bundle, which was incredibly disappointing: seven balloons on the floor and a rubbish box of chocolates. I left the chocolates and everything else and asked for a refund, but they refused, saying it was all worth £50. That's an absolute lie. The customer service was rude, and the bundle felt like a scam. It ruined the experience, just a money grab.

Bloomsbury is a great place to stay, and the location was perfect. We had an executive apartment for two with a great room. There’s no elevator and it’s up to three floors, but for us that was good exercise.

This was our second stay in the west end. After trying a traditional hotel on our first visit, we wanted something that felt more authentic, and Cleveland Bloomsbury residences gave us a wonderful stay. For half the price of a hotel, it was four times as comfortable. The rooms are just the right size and have all the amenities you'd want in an airbnb. It's safe and secure, with free laundry, the Underground five minutes away, a park across the street and shops around the corner. The list goes on. We'll definitely stay here again, and I highly recommend the Cleveland residences.
