Club Quarters Hotel, London, Trafalgar Square

The staff are what keep me coming back. They're all best-in-class: accommodating, attentive, friendly, patient, and willing to go out of their way to make the stay pleasant. Delia deserves a shout-out for thoughtfully and proactively sorting out last-minute changes and special needs. And a special thank-you to George for fixing the coffee maker heroically after hours on a recent weekend. I stay here often for work and have brought my family several times too. It's reasonably priced and central, with two great food options on site, a bar, and a lounge where coffee is available all day.

The way the hotel handled a problem with my deposit restored my confidence. A few days after our checkout, I found that the £200 security deposit hadn't been returned. The hotel said housekeeping had reported smoking in the room, though neither my brother nor I smoke. I explained this, and they investigated internally, handled it professionally, and refunded the full amount. They were quick, courteous and responsive throughout. Mistakes happen, and their response impressed me. I'd consider staying again. My brother and I had booked Club Quarters Hotel, Trafalgar Square for New Year, from 30th December to 2nd January, mainly because of the location. Everything was nearby, and I really do think it's one of London's best places to stay. The hotel was classy, with beautiful architecture, and clean and well maintained. It's an old building, so the room was average-sized rather than big, but comfortable and clean. Check-in was smooth. We enjoyed our stay and checked out on the 2nd of January as happy customers. The hospitality was good, and the bar was absolutely beautiful.

Nalin was at the front desk when I checked in, and made me feel like I was visiting a relative instead of spending a night in one of the world's busiest cities. Staff made all the difference during my short visit. Being close to EVERYTHING was incredibly convenient too. I'll definitely return on a future visit.

Everything is nearby, so sightseeing and getting around are really easy. The hotel feels genuinely luxurious, with comfortable rooms and a great atmosphere. It's quite pricey, but that makes sense for such a central, high-quality stay. Definitely worth it if comfort and a prime location are what you're after.
