We’re in Suite 408, and it’s modern, cosy and really comfortable, with a nice range of minibar products. The service has been excellent, with great attention to detail, and Pammy especially went out of her way to make our stay memorable. She was brilliant. The restaurant food was great too. Our steak was cooked just how we wanted, and the waiters were polite and professional. Breakfast was high quality, and the waitresses were very nice and helpful. Before our stay, the concierge team recommended some great food and transport options. They also suggested a nearby tennis court, offered us rackets and helped with booking it. COMO The Halkin really stands out. We can’t wait to return!

Pammy deserves special recognition for going above and beyond and making our stay memorable. We’re staying in Suite 408, which is extremely comfortable, and the hotel feels both modern and cosy. The minibar has a great selection, and service has been attentive throughout, with care given to the details.

The next day, the team surprised my partner with a birthday cake, and that kind gesture meant a lot to both of us. We’d arranged for champagne, caviar and flowers to be waiting in the Belgravia Suite when we checked in, as a surprise for Valentine’s and her birthday. Everything was ready and presented beautifully. The staff were exceptional from beginning to end, with a level of care and attention to detail that made the whole weekend unforgettable. We’ll absolutely return.

The room was clean and tidy, and despite being right in the middle of everything, it was a quiet, peaceful retreat. From the moment we arrived, the front desk greeted us warmly and efficiently. Staff stayed friendly and helpful throughout and went out of their way to make our visit special. A wonderful stay, and one we’d happily recommend to friends and family.

We had such a lovely December treat together. The room upgrade was a wonderful surprise, and the rooms themselves are beautiful and luxurious, with all the extra technology you need. Room service and breakfast are worth trying, with so many choices that we were in heaven. The hotel sits on a quiet street but is close to everything you might need or want to see. All the staff were exceptionally kind, friendly and helpful, especially Alana, who’s a real credit to the hotel. We really hope to stay again someday! :)
