The sauna was the best I’ve ever been to, and the pool was fantastic. The jacuzzi was small, but the whole weekend was brilliant. Our family room had two double beds and suited us perfectly. Muritha checked us in with such charm, and Elizabet saw us off with a lovely smile. When my daughter had a nosebleed overnight, housekeeping changed her sheets for us, which was fantastic service. The breakfast buffet was plentiful, fresh and tidy, and the staff cleared plates promptly and were exceptional. We stayed two nights with family for the weekend, 09/02/26.

The gym and pool are handy if you want a treat, and there’s always security on site for the parking. The barrier does glitch quite often, though, and £25 for a day’s parking feels excessive. Breakfast choices were limited, even if the staff were friendly. The team in general were helpful and welcoming. It’s an accommodating hotel I’d recommend, but I thought the price was a little steep for what’s offered.

The one thing I regret is that our busy schedule meant we couldn’t use the pool and SPA. I’ll make sure not to miss them if we return. We spent five nights here at the end of December, three people, and were impressed by the apartment’s comfort and cleanliness, as well as the excellent view and convenient location. The dining area was airy and well equipped, with varied food and staff who were quick and attentive when we asked for something. The staff were warm and kind throughout. We met the hotel director, who was often among the guests, cheerful and attentive. On Christmas Day at breakfast, he personally offered a glass of prosecco to everyone who came to the table. Mr. Federico, that kind of gesture is why customers appreciate you. Adriana and Lili also exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend the hotel for what it offers.

The Christmas decorations were lovely, and breakfast had plenty to choose from, including proper hot chocolate. I’m fussy about that, and this wasn’t watered-down instant stuff. We chose the hotel because it was near the O2, just a cable car ride away. Gaya was fantastic and made our boy feel welcome and included the whole time. The room had the usual facilities, a fridge, hairdryer and condiments, and the beds were really comfortable. We had to work out the air con, and it was warm at first, but opening the window sorted it.
