The location suited our plans, and the housekeeping team did a great job. Our rooms were cleaned every day, and we appreciated how attentive and dedicated they were. The stay was well organized overall, and the staff put in real effort to make us feel welcome. We did have a couple of concerns. The beds in at least our assigned room left us with back discomfort, and the food didn’t quite meet expectations. It was a busy hotel, but dining quality and the overall experience could be better. Some staff training and facilities could also use improvement. Thanks for the hospitality and for the work put into looking after guests.

The bed was comfortable, and reception staff were welcoming. The location was fairly convenient, with Chapel market nearby. Still, the hotel didn’t meet the Hilton standard I’m used to, and I won’t be returning. The lift has two doors that open in a way that exposes workers and piles of towels, so guests end up seeing the mess. I also saw cleaning staff on their phones constantly. That may be fine for them, but it doesn’t look professional to guests and reflects on the brand. It was a decent enough stay.

Mimi in the executive lounge was friendly, helpful, and couldn’t do enough for us. She’s a real credit to the hotel. The lounge itself was good, with high quality food and drinks. Staff around the hotel were friendly and helpful, and my room was cleaned daily. The hotel is lovely, though some areas could use updating. Unfortunately, the digital key hasn’t worked here for six months.

Reception were helpful when there was a minor issue with my access card, and sorted it out quickly. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel was well placed for what we needed. Mimi kept the executive lounge clean and well stocked, with a good choice of snacks and drinks.
