The Twenty Two

Room service was quick and smooth every time, and the restaurant recommendations were excellent. Pedro, who runs the club, made the stay memorable, while Anton and Reece were fantastic at the bar. Sean from concierge was thoughtful, attentive, and so helpful. Everyone we met was kind and welcoming. We spent four nights at The Twenty Two and felt at home from the moment we arrived. It was warm and personal, and I can't wait to come back.

I was treated with disdain just for being there. The door team acted aggressively and condescendingly toward guests, as if that were acceptable. The Twenty Two seems to lack proper management oversight of guest relations. Save your time and go elsewhere.

The restaurant was a highlight, with outstanding food and warm, attentive staff. You can tell care goes into the details. The rooms were beautifully designed, very clean, and incredibly comfortable, and every part of the service felt thoughtful and memorable. I had a wonderful stay at the 22. The staff kept going above and beyond, and I'd absolutely return. I couldn't recommend it more.
