Doubletree by Hilton London Chelsea

My stay was average overall, though Shahrul and Disha at the front desk were especially warm and professional. They were polite, handled check-in smoothly, answered my questions patiently, and showed concern for what I needed. They made me feel welcome and respected, and based on those two alone I'd give the front desk full marks. Some other parts of the service were disappointing. One day my room key stopped working, and while I waited in line, another guest cut in ahead of me. The nearby receptionist saw it but did nothing to manage the queue or make things fair, and served that guest first. It didn't feel professional. Breakfast service needs work too. Dishes that had to be ordered from staff took far too long. On the first day, I waited so long that I was nearly finished eating and ready to leave before the dish arrived. The next day, I ordered again, and it seemed to have been forgotten completely until I followed up. I'm grateful to Shahrul and Disha for the warmth and professionalism they brought to my stay. I hope the hotel gives the other front desk and breakfast staff more training, manages queues fairly, and improves serving times so the service lives up to the brand.

The staff were reliably friendly and helpful, which gave the hotel a relaxed, welcoming feel. Breakfast had a decent range, the bar was a comfortable spot for an evening drink, and the prices were reasonable by London standards. It's a compact hotel in a notably quiet part of London. The building is older but has been carefully refurbished and is well maintained. Underground connections aren't the most central, but the nearby Overground and river boat services make getting around easier than expected. A calm, dependable place to stay.

The atmosphere at Cre Bar & Restaurant was lovely, and Madhava and Jay gave excellent service. They went the extra mile to make me and my family comfortable, and their personal attention and professionalism made the visit memorable. At Double Tree by Hilton Chelsea, reception welcomed us warmly with cookies and an activity bag for my child. Mehmet, Revanth, and Rafid at reception were attentive and very helpful. I had a fantastic experience.

The welcome cookies at reception were a lovely touch, and the service felt warm as soon as I arrived. My first stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Chelsea, London was a really enjoyable one. Breakfast was superb, and Rafid helped us get a table in the restaurant. Jay made excellent cocktails in the evening. Thanks as well to Revanth and Neha for being so friendly and helpful. I was very comfortable here and would gladly return.
