DoubleTree by Hilton Tower of London

The rooftop bar's view is fantastic, especially in the evening, and breakfast was a real highlight, with good food, plenty of choice, and great service. Staff were friendly and attentive. The room walls could use fresh paint in places, and some areas of the hotel could look better for a Hilton brand property. Getting around was easy because everything is close by. The rooms are quite spacious and had what we needed for a comfortable stay. I also liked how check-in worked: you can register in advance in the app, then use a digital key for both your room and the elevator. Very convenient and a time-saver. A pleasant stay, and I'd recommend it.

The team made us feel at home as soon as we arrived at DoubleTree by Hilton London - Tower Bridge. It was the best hotel experience our family has had. Everyone, from reception to the dining room, remembered our son's name, a personal touch that made the stay unforgettable. Uri deserves a heartfelt thank you. He was attentive and went far beyond what we expected to make everything perfect. The front desk team were welcoming and professional, and the breakfast staff were phenomenal every morning. The team kept checking in and brought us everything we needed for the baby before we even asked, so we felt truly cared for and valued. Travelling with a little one can be stressful, but our stay in London was high-quality and stress-free. We can't wait to come back.

The room was very nice, the welcome cookies were a treat, and the rooftop is excellent. It was good value for the London experience. But the way staff handled our evening bar tab of 40€ really spoiled things. During the night they tried to charge our deposit card, then attempted six other amounts. They couldn't do it, after already charging us twice that night. While we were asleep, a letter was left under the door, and they called our room at 9am and again at 10am despite the 'do not disturb' sign. We'd had a long night out. I've never seen that kind of distrust towards customers. I complained at reception and, once things were sorted, the woman there tried to make up for it as best she could by giving me Hilton Honors points. This isn't what people should expect from Hilton standards. Also, 200€ from the duplicate charge still hasn't been refunded to our card.

The location, rooms, bar, and staff were all amazing. Everyone was friendly, confident, and clearly knew their job. My partner and I got engaged at the hotel, and the team were helpful, polite, and brought such uplifting energy. I'd definitely recommend it for romantic moments or a nice getaway. See you all soon!
