For a weekend visit, the location worked really well, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. They even let us use the staff kitchen. There’s a lobby where you can sit, though people pass through and can see the staff. I stayed four days over the weekend, and the main drawback was how tiny the room was, basically a bed, four walls, and a bathroom. The photos didn’t quite match the room we got. It’s fine if all you need is somewhere to sleep in a good area, but there’s no spare space.

Fatima was so kind and friendly, always around when we needed her, and made us feel very welcome. The hotel was clean and well kept, with excellent service throughout. Getting into the city centre was easy thanks to the nearby transport links. The rooms are on the small side, but we had a wonderful stay and would gladly come back and recommend it.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, and Fatima at reception was especially kind and helpful. Check-in and checkout were quick and easy, and free water is available whenever you want. Transport is excellent, with everything nearby, and the area was fairly quiet. It’s a basic, functional budget hotel, though the room felt cramped for two tall adults with two suitcases and two backpacks. It’d be fine alone, but luggage for two is a squeeze. Our window looked onto a wall and couldn’t be opened. There were no hooks, just two wall hangers, and storage was very limited. We also found the room cold and couldn’t work out how to heat it, since the temperature kept dropping. When lots of people shower at once, the hot water runs out, so later or off-peak showers are better. Cleaning is included only after six nights unless you pay extra. The setup is very sparse, with no toilet brush.

Fatima at reception really made my stay. She was welcoming, professional, and ready to help with a smile. Check-in went smoothly, and she went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable. Her customer service made a real difference, and staff like her are why I’d recommend staying here.
