This was the worst place we've stayed. The apartment hadn't been checked before it was handed over: lots of things were broken, and the main door didn't work. We were locked out several times and couldn't get it open, while nobody from the building team responded. Were we meant to spend the night outside after paying so much? Terrible place and service. I don't recommend it to anyone.

The location was fabulous, but we can't trust this host. We booked through VRBo and felt completely catfished: the listing promised a four-bedroom penthouse with three bathrooms, three king beds, and one twin. Instead, there were only three bedrooms with smaller beds, two full-size and one queen, plus a camping cot. The listing photos clearly showed a different unit. We'd flown seven people in from several places for a family reunion, and it turned into a housing disaster. The host offered another unit for part of the stay but had no answer for several nights, then stopped responding when they still had no solution. So far VRBo hasn't done anything.

Clean and safe, and so convenient, close to everything. Excellent stay. I recommend it and will keep using it as a second home.

The best serviced apartments in South Kensington. Highly recommended, and I'll keep booking with them.
