The room was basically a cupboard, though usable. The bed was comfortable, the TV was huge, and the shower had warm water. There wasn't much else in there. I was on a two night business trip, and the hotel itself was fine apart from the front desk experience. The cleaning staff were friendly and kept greeting us with a smile, but nobody at reception seemed to smile. The desk worker wore a different suit from the others, so I assume he was a manager. He was rude to guests and staff alike. When we arrived at 8pm on a Tuesday and joined the check in line, he got angry at us for holding the door open for 10 seconds. He was cold and curt with everyone checking in, then rudely refused a simple request from our group the next night. I also shared a lift with him and a cleaner and saw him treat that staff member very poorly. Stay if you have to, but be prepared for the front desk.

The area was just perfect, and breakfast was great, clean, with plenty of good choices. We had a lovely time here. The rooms are small, but that was fine for a trip where we were mostly out. Staff were really nice and the cleaning was spot on. We couldn't connect our device to the TV, which was a shame. Our host Cheryl Costa was very sweet and attentive. Thank you!

This small hotel has a cozy, intimate feel, especially with the little seating booths in the bar and restaurant area, where they serve most drinks. Our rooms were snug, comfortable, and impeccably clean, and the location was fantastic. The staff were attentive and made our short visit go smoothly. Suzanna ( Polish girl i believe) and Guatam deserve a special mention for being so polite when they checked us in and out. We were really impressed and will definitely come back.

Nida at reception really made our stay feel special. She greeted us with a warm smile, was friendly, charming and professional, and stayed helpful throughout. Her kindness and efficiency made us feel valued. The hotel was well organized from start to finish, with a clean, comfortable room and an excellent location in London. I'd happily recommend it to anyone visiting and stay here again. Thanks to the whole team, especially Nida!

My partner and I paid £73 for a double room without a window, but they upgraded us to their largest room, which did have one. It was clean and spacious, and this is a really nice hotel for the price. The tube station is only a short walk away.
