We really appreciated how accommodating the staff were when we asked to switch rooms because of my mother’s mobility needs. The room itself was spacious and clean, and the location is great, with shops, restaurants, and two tube stations nearby.

Our previous booking fell through, so we booked here at the last minute. The rooms were spotless and a comfortable size for up to three people, and the price was fair. I think this is a Malaysian hotel. We felt safe, and the location and neighborhood were great, so I’d book again and recommend it for families. The infrastructure could be better: it was hard to get to our rooms, and the interior felt a bit dated.

The location is the one thing I liked, with plenty of shops nearby and tube stations that make it easy to get around. I wouldn’t return. The price we paid didn’t match what we got, and I’d give it one star at best, not four. The listing seems to sleep six, but there was only one bathroom, and the toilet was ensuite to one room while the other room had a kitchen and two beds. There was no privacy, and the cleanliness was questionable. It was winter, yet the only heater barely warmed the room, which was already dirty. The small TV sat on top of what looked like a clothes cabinet, and there was practically no access to plugs: one switch for the TV and one beside it, both next to the cabinet. Bring an extension plug, or find another way to entertain yourself. The cupboard holding the safe was also hard to open because its door scraped against the floor. Thanks, but no thanks.
