Breakfast was fresh, tasty and well organised, with enough options for most people. The staff were helpful and professional, and everything had a calm, efficient feel. The room was quiet, tidy and well kept, with a comfortable bed that made it easy to rest after a long day. Nothing flashy, just a clean, comfortable hotel that stays consistent and does what you expect.

The location is great, right in sight of the station, and breakfast the next morning was lovely. We arrived a little before the 3pm check-in and expected just to have a drink at the bar, but they kindly upgraded us to a room with a bigger bed so we could go straight up. The room was lovely too. Drinks were reasonably priced, about £7.50 for a large glass of rosé and around £6 for a pint of cider. Definitely recommend.

Gary, the hotel manager, gave us a warm welcome and got us checked in quickly, hours before the scheduled time. The room was clean, tidy and nicely laid out, with everything we needed for one night, plus a fairly large new TV and some nice art. It was on the small side. The queen bed was quite hard and the pillows were soft and low, but we'd both be happy to stay here again.

The breakfast was really good, and Gary was awesome. It's a mid-level hotel with an okay location outside central London. Getting into town took a little longer, adding about 20-30 minutes total per day for us, but that was fine. Our room heater didn't work and the bed was uncomfortable, really hard. I'd stay again, though, because with a slightly more comfortable room it would've been great.

Gary was incredibly helpful, adjusting our booking a couple of days before we arrived and being accommodating when we got there. Our room was clean, nice and very quiet, even though the hotel is quite large. Breakfast was fantastic, although it'd be nice to have more variety from one day to the next. Try the waffle machine! It's a bit out of the city centre, but the Piccadilly line stops nearby, so getting around is easy.
