Heeton Concept Hotel-Luma Hammersmith

The service was phenomenal. The staff were lovely and kind, and really made an effort to make us comfortable. Our room was cleaned well and as often as we wanted, which was handy while we were out. The rooms are designed efficiently. The bathroom is split up, with the toilet in a separate room and the sink and shower outside. It takes a little getting used to, but saves space. There’s also a lift, which was great since we were on the fourth floor. The location is fantastic, just a couple of minutes' walk from the District, Hammersmith and City, Circle, and Piccadilly lines. Great for getting around London. This will be my regular place to stay in the city now!

The staff were lovely and helpful, and my room was nice and clean, with an opening window and air conditioning and heating. The reception decor is lovely, and it smells amazing from the diffuser. There are shops close by, and the hotel was conveniently near enhance medical hospital. I'd stay here again. Thank you.

I came into central on a spontaneous trip a few weeks ago and found the price so cheap that I stayed an extra day. The rooms were extra large, and the staff were really friendly and welcoming. There was always someone at reception. I'd definitely recommend it.

The location was the one thing we liked. Our room was tiny, awkwardly laid out, and felt like a jail cell. The windows were fully tinted and wouldn't open, and we were told we had been put in the basement because our stay was only four days and three nights. My wife is claustrophobic, but the receptionist wouldn't change the room. The air conditioning made a loud, creaky noise. When I showed the receptionist a video, she said that was normal for the hotel and didn't seem concerned. We were extremely disappointed by how different the rooms were from what was shown online. Spend your money somewhere else.
