We had a wonderful stay and would happily return. The hotel's stylish, elegant look is matched by how well it's maintained, and we noticed care in the details. Breakfast was outstanding, beautifully presented and served with real attention. I don't usually drink coffee, but the staff kindly made something special for me each time. They were warm, attentive, and eager to help throughout, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the start. After long days, the soft, cozy bed made for a deeply restful night's sleep. The whole stay exceeded our expectations, and I'd gladly recommend the hotel for its comfort and service.

The location was very convenient, with plenty of good restaurants on Upper Street nearby, open until 10pm or 11pm. I enjoyed my three-night stay, and the room had plenty of space to relax. It would have been even better with a few standard items like a toothbrush and comb. The staff were the highlight. Zac gave us a warm welcome when we checked in at 10pm, exhausted after a 14-hour flight. Hena at the hotel cafe/restaurant was especially welcoming, and the rest of the team there were friendly and helpful too. Breakfast had a nice range of choices. A great place to stay!

We had a great stay, and the people at this hotel are amazing. A special shout-out to Nancy, who served our breakfast. She was so friendly, quick with everything, and made us feel really well looked after. You can tell she enjoys her work. Well done on having such a great team 👏👏👏

At breakfast, Eyasin and Hena were very polite and friendly, and kept checking whether we needed anything. Rajib at reception was helpful too. When we needed extra towels and water, he acted quickly. He was alone at the desk, and there was no housekeeping staff at night, but he still managed to get someone to bring the items as soon as possible. The pillows were too soft and flat, so their quality and thickness could be improved. Otherwise, the customer service was great, we had a lovely stay, and I'd recommend it.

Denisa and Anisa really made us feel welcome, and their service was second to none. Thank you both for your hospitality! We came down for a couple of days and had such a stay. The hotel was perfect for us, with a great location, and our bedroom was lovely and comfortable.
