The location was fantastic, close to the tube for London and the other terminals, though you do need to transfer. After my flight was cancelled, I needed to book another night at the last minute, and they were able to keep me in the same room. Everything was clean, check-in was efficient and kind, and breakfast had an extensive, tasty menu. There are also two more restaurants on site and a shop with drinks and essentials. I was very pleased with the quality, location, and price together. Highly recommended.

It's right next to T4, and the walkway gets you to the terminal in a few minutes, which made catching my flight stress-free. The Elizabeth Line to Paddington was easy too, about 30 minutes. My room was a decent size, very clean, and quiet enough for a good night's sleep. Breakfast had plenty of options. Great value if you need to stay near Heathrow.

We were in a really difficult situation after the first leg carrier caused us to miss our flight to Canada. The gift shop employee was wonderful, reception was quick, and the food was delicious with huge portions. Housekeeping deserves special recognition. In the rush to arrange another flight, we left souvenirs in our room. The team found and packed them, then worked with me and FedEx to send these sentimental things to me in Canada. Stay here for comfort and convenience, you'll appreciate it.

The rooms are small, but clean and modern, and fine for a night. Breakfast was really good, both the quality and the range of choices. It's handy for LHR Terminal 4, and the hotel Hoppa bus runs to T2 or T3 every 40 minutes during the day. It costs 6.50 per person or 13gbp for a family ticket for mum, dad, and one child. There's no room service, and the restaurant and cafe food is expensive. The hotel shares a building with Crowne Plaza. The view is only into the atrium.

The location is a big reason to stay here. It's about a five-minute walk to Terminal 4 through internal pathways, easy to find and useful for an early flight. It also works for other terminals if you're willing to transfer. I booked a new deal at a very good price. The hotel looks modern, and the fittings are standard Holiday Inn Express. Everything was clean, check-in was brilliant, and breakfast was just what you'd expect. A proper espresso machine using fresh beans was a welcome extra. My Diamond status got me an upgrade to a corner room, which was nice, even if upgrades at Holiday Inn Express don't make a huge difference. Great value and highly recommended.
