We spent four days at Holiday Inn Express London Heathrow T5 and had a wonderful stay. Fiona's service and support were especially impressive. The team was excellent throughout, and the guest lounge was beautiful and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing, restaurant prices were very reasonable, and parking and drop-off were convenient. We've stayed at Marriott hotels before, but felt this one was even better. We'd definitely choose it again if we visit.

The friendly team is what really made my comfortable stay at Holiday Inn Express London Heathrow T5 special. Everyone in reception, housekeeping, and the restaurant did a commendable job. Samreen from the restaurant deserves a special mention for going out of her way and exceeding expectations. She's definitely an asset, and I wish her the best. The location, amenities, and beautiful atmosphere were great too. Thank you, Holiday Inn, for another amazing experience. Keep up the great work!

The noise was the biggest problem. I could clearly hear voices from the room next door, and even in the bathroom their toilet flushing sounded like it was coming from ours. The sound insulation needs serious improvement. Being close to Terminal 5 is practical for a quick overnight before a flight, but the hotel didn't feel welcoming or family-friendly. It came across more as a transit base for airline crew or short layovers than somewhere to relax with family. I wouldn't recommend it to families or anyone wanting a peaceful, comfortable stay. Overall, it wasn't a good experience.

A big thank you to Fiona and Hassan for such a smooth, warm check-in, and to Elena for her lovely assistance and hospitality. The F&B team also served an exemplary breakfast. I'm grateful to everyone who treated me so courteously and went out of their way to make me comfortable. Your efforts made my stay memorable and my trip especially enjoyable. I'll recommend the hotel to friends and colleagues.

The staff were all really friendly, especially Suman at breakfast, and breakfast itself was nice. The room had what I needed, though it was hot. Handy spot just off the M4 at J5 before a Heathrow flight. Parking was £16, paid at reception, and CCTV was in operation.
