The little personal touches made a real difference, like mirror messages and breakfast notes wishing us a lovely day. The team was warm and professional at reception, the bar, breakfast, and housekeeping, and made us feel at home from check-in to checkout. Our room was spotless, spacious, and comfortable, and the Camden location was ideal for a weekend in London, with Camden right outside. The hotel was being renovated and changing into a Voco hotel during our weekend stay, but the work didn't disturb us and everything seemed well organised. We had a wonderful time and will definitely return. The service made a great impression, the sort that other hotels could learn from.

What made the stay special was how genuinely welcoming and professional everyone was, from reception through drinks at the bar to breakfast. It reminded us of the good old days, when hospitality felt easy and caring. The room was large, clean, and comfortable, and the location is great for exploring Camden and getting around London. Thanks to the whole Team for making our stay so lovely.

The Camden Lock view was great, and the location made it easy to explore Camden and get to the underground. We arrived four hours before check-in just to leave our bags, but the room was already ready. Check-in was quick, and as an IHG member I got free late checkout at 2pm. The bed, duvet, and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and the shower was fantastic. Its controls are away from the showerhead, so you don't get wet turning on the water. There was plenty of wardrobe space, plus a sofa and coffee table that made the room feel like a little home away from home. Tea and coffee, an iron and ironing board, a hairdryer, and a safe were all provided. A wonderful two-night stay. Well done Holiday Inn.

The restaurant staff were especially welcoming and polite, and I loved the little notes they put on the tables each morning. Shout-out to Asha, Vrushali, and the rest of the team for those thoughtful details. Reception staff were great too, and housekeeping was friendly and prompt. I was here for a 12-day business trip at Holiday Inn Camden Lock. Renovation work was going on and caused some room issues, but staff responded quickly with solutions. The location is lively and easy to get around from, so it's a good place to stay.

Breakfast and service were the standout parts of the stay. Sadaqat and Mukta gave us outstanding help, and most of the representatives were very good with customer service. Camden is a great, central base for exploring the wider London area, so the location suited us well. At the moment, work is happening on two floors, which can make it difficult to rest. I'd love to return after the remodeling is finished.
