We were already heading home when we realized my wife had left her watch in the room at checkout. The receptionist was patient and guided us through the steps to get it safely sent back to the USA. We really appreciated how kind and professional she was, and how well the hotel looked after us.

GREEN MOTION HEATHROW BRANCH M4 LONDON I returned their hire car in early January 2026, and by mid-February my deposit still hadn't been returned. The car also felt dangerous to drive. I sent many emails and got no reply. I wouldn't trust them, and I wouldn't put my family in one of their cars. I plan to report them to UK trading standards and UK consumer rights. They should be shut down. If I could give them a minus rating, I would.

Green Motion still has its hire car office on site, and the hotel hopper bus arrives at 48 minutes past each hour. Missing it means waiting outside with no shelter from the weather, which isn't pleasant. Apparently the hotel is now used to house refugees.

I got a good price, and the place was clean and in good repair. Breakfast was fantastic, hot, delicious, and all you can eat. Parking cost £16 a day when I visited, less if you need it for 10 hours or less. That's expensive, though typical for London. The hotel felt secure, but having to use a card for the lifts was a bit annoying.

I was only there to pick up a hire car from a company based at the hotel, so I didn't go inside. From outside, it looked average, and the grounds seemed average too. The security guard at the main door was rude.
