Holiday Inn London Whitechapel

Arsha was especially caring and professional, always ready to help and making the stay feel personal. Her kindness really stood out. Arsha and Nusrat at reception were both welcoming and friendly. The rooms felt fresh, modern, and very clean. I've stayed in other four-star London hotels, but many were in older buildings that hadn't been properly renovated. This one seemed brand new and well maintained.

We got back late and ordered room service because we were exhausted. It arrived quickly and was presented really nicely. The bar and restaurant facilities looked just right, and the family room had loads of space with a great layout. I'm fussy about cleanliness, and this was the cleanest Holiday Inn I've stayed in. The bathroom was gorgeous, with a huge shower and lots of settings, finished to a high standard. The shampoos and other products were so nice that I tried them even though we normally bring our own. The only reason I'd take a star off for location is the walk to the tube. It's about 10 minutes, which bothered the kids more than me. I haven't tried breakfast yet, as I had to write this review straight away. I'm excited to have it.

For my East London work visits, the location was handy. I've stayed here on and off for a couple of months, and the service from all the staff I've met has been excellent. The breakfast team were amazing. Flor, Aygyul, and Fascal, I hope I've got those spellings right, had already anticipated my order as a vegan who eats gluten-free. Breen at the front desk was great too, with a really warm welcome. Thanks!

Breakfast was very nice, and the service there was friendly. My room was good and the whole stay went smoothly. As a Diamond Ambassador with the IHG Group, I got a nice upgrade, which I appreciated. The hotel felt clean, modern, and fairly new, and the staff were friendly everywhere. It's excellent value for money. European power sockets would make it perfect. If I'm back in London, I'd definitely stay here again.
