The lounge was a nice extra, with comfortable sofas, a TV and free drinks and coffee available around the clock. Our group of four adults and two children under 12 was given two adjoining rooms, which suited us perfectly. They were spotless, modern and spacious, with plenty of room for luggage and easy movement. We had a TV, heating and cooling, tea and coffee facilities, a modern shower and lots of power sockets. Breakfast could get busy, depending on the season, but the staff kept things running smoothly and the buffet stayed well stocked with a generous range of hot food. We chose the full English breakfast, which was excellent and included with our room booking. Staff were on hand 24/7 and always happy to help. On-site parking is available if booked in advance, and the option of late checkout was convenient. It’s a handy spot for families, about a 10-minute drive from Westfield and Stratford train stations. I was genuinely impressed with the service and quality, and would happily stay again. Highly recommended.

I stayed from Oct 24-27 2025, during my first solo trip. I had friends in the surrounding areas and picked this place because it was close to places I wanted to visit, including MCM comicon! I was a bit anxious when they wouldn’t let my friend come to the room with me at first, but otherwise I have no complaints. The place was clean, friendly and more than helpful. The rooms were hygienic and well ventilated, breakfast was simple but nice, and I didn’t see any bed bugs or other bugs at all, despite earlier reviews. I’d definitely return!
It was a cosy, decent hotel at a competitive price, and the staff were very cordial. My only issue was getting just one pillow per bed, which made it harder to sleep well. I hope they’ll provide at least two per bed in future.
I stayed for one week for work, and the room had what I needed, including heating and air conditioning to keep the temperature comfortable. The shower was really good too. The staff were superb. Reception was manned around the clock, and everyone was extremely helpful. Each morning started with friendly greetings, and each evening they wished me a good night’s sleep. I’d highly recommend the hotel and will certainly stay again.
The room had one small drawback: a bright green emergency light on the ceiling stayed lit all night after the other lights were off, so I’d suggest bringing an eye mask. Otherwise, we’d happily stay at the same hotel again next time we’re in London. We visited at the end of January, when three nights for two adults cost 173 pounds. We had a cosy lower-ground-floor room with a private bathroom. For the price, it was probably the best we could get. Breakfast was included and was the same traditional British selection every morning. There were several dishes to choose from, though we missed having vegetables and bought some at a nearby shop. A big plus was the coffee machine and free lemonade, both available 24/7. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the Elizabeth line railway, which goes directly to the city centre. The street felt poorer, so it’s good to be careful after dark. The typical residents in this area are Muslims, so I wouldn’t recommend women travelling alone return to the hotel after dark.
