The bed was very comfortable, and the water pressure was perfect. The hotel is about a 7-minute walk from St. Pancras Trainstation and looks fine. There’s no elevator, which is a bit inconvenient if you have large luggage, but the staff offered to carry it. My compliments to the hotel manger TB for sorting out my booking. I’d booked two non-refundable nights through booking, then asked to change it to one night. TB approved the request and called booking to get it arranged. That’s next-level customer service, and I’ll definitely come back. My one-person room cost £120 per night. It’s small but had what I needed, and I was out exploring the city anyway. For the St. Pancras area, it’s a good deal, especially since I was in the UK for less than 24 hours and had to catch an early Eurostar. Highly recommended in cold season, or if you need to be close to St. Pancras.

I booked for a business trip and arrived with mixed expectations after reading the reviews, but the room was very clean and the sheets, towels, shampoo, and other items were good quality. It was on the ground floor, so there was no view, but at least it was quiet. I liked having a 24-hour reception. The shower was very good, and the room had been fully renovated. It exceeded my expectations.

Getting here from Kings Cross/St Pancras is easy, and Euston is a 10-minute walk away. The room was basic but clean, with a lovely feel, and the shower was amazing. A lovely hotel with very pleasant staff.

The rooms were pretty clean, and the main advantage is the location, very close to St. Pancras train and metro stations. Breakfast isn’t available, and there’s no air conditioning or mini fridge in the rooms. We stayed in two rooms. The first was extremely small, with the sink separate from the toilet area and no hairdryer. The second was much more comfortable, with a small desk, a full bathroom, and a hairdryer.

The room was spotless and had everything I needed: tea and a kettle, two USB charging docks and a little TV. It’s a micro room with a twin bed and my own shower. The shower is part of the whole bathroom, which is much better than the usual cramped 2x2 shower you get in London. My luggage sits right beside the bed, but I don’t mind since I’m only here to sleep. The hotel entrance is beautiful and well kept, and the staff have been so friendly and helpful. They even helped me charge my phone and stored my luggage while I went out before check-in. I’ll definitely look to stay here again when I return.
