The housekeeping team kept the room spotless and comfortable every day, and the bar staff were friendly, attentive and made sure everything was right. Receptionists were consistently kind, professional and ready to help with a smile. I felt genuinely welcomed and looked after from the moment I arrived at this London hotel. The whole staff were thoughtful, kind and available throughout the stay, which made my time in London even more special. I’d absolutely recommend the place and look forward to coming back. Thanks again to everyone!

We picked a bigger room and thought it was great value. Breakfast was good value too, and the staff were helpful and friendly. The location made exploring east London easy, with brilliant options near Liverpool Street, Spitalfields, Shoreditch, Hoxton and Brick Lane. We loved staying here!

I’ve used this hotel for both work and leisure. It’s near the business district, with lots of food and entertainment around, and two underground stations are close by. Prices are very reasonable compared with other hotels nearby. Breakfast is £8 a day, a good deal for a buffet. Check-in and check-out are automated. The rooms are fairly small, and the light and air conditioner controls are built into the bed. Fast WiFi costs extra.

This was our second time at the hub, and we’d happily recommend it. The room and bed were comfortable, the facilities were great, and the staff were friendly. After a long day exploring London, it’s nice to return to the guest area for tea, coffee and WiFi. The price was reasonable too.

Ideal room for a solo traveller, with a super comfy bed and excellent value. The location is great, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. There’s a tea and coffee machine in the bar that you can use 24/7. I’d stay again, and actually preferred this hub to the other hub Premier Inn on brick lane.
