We travelled with our two-year-old, and the calm, comfortable Mayfair location made it easy to get everywhere we wanted. The hotel is lovely, but it’s the service that made the stay exceptional. Juan and Guillaume looked after us even before we arrived, and that thoughtfulness continued throughout. Everyone was warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful, from the front desk and breakfast team to housekeeping and the people we emailed beforehand. Our Regency Executive Suite was a great size for our family, beautifully arranged, and very comfortable. The amenities were great, and housekeeping did an amazing job. The room was cleaned several times a day and always felt fresh and well cared for. There were so many thoughtful little touches that made the stay special. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in London.

The location was convenient, close to the station but still quiet and peaceful. I also appreciated how efficiently and carefully the in-room dining was delivered. During check-in, Tess was polite, helpful, and knew the local area well. It was my first stay at Hyatt Regency London – The Churchill, booked for Christmas, and it was a wonderful experience. Our spacious room was beautifully decorated, with a very comfortable bed and an en-suite bathroom. The facilities were excellent too, including a spa, restaurants, and modern meeting rooms, all of which helped make the stay relaxing and enjoyable. In my opinion, we had a very nice visit, and I’d recommend the hotel to friends and colleagues.

The welcome, bar, and restaurant at The Churchill Hotel were excellent from beginning to end. The restaurant team, especially Showmo, Mayank, and Singh, were professional, kind, and gave outstanding service. Garfield, Nours, and Rina at the front desk also deserve thanks for their warm welcome, helpfulness, and wonderful hospitality. A truly memorable experience I’d highly recommend! Maronne Mateo

I’ve stayed at Hyatt many times because my aunt is a loyal member, and I’ve always felt good here. I love the place, especially the room and gym. I also really enjoyed chatting with Viktoria at reception, she was lovely and friendly. Thanks too to the staff member who knocked to ask if we needed more water, toilet paper, milk, or anything else. My mom closed the door too quickly after we said no, but my aunt had been about to tip her, and I was about to ask her name so I could mention it here. We’ll always choose Hyatt, without a doubt 😊

I’d definitely stay at The Churchill Hotel again. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was excellent. Staff were friendly and professional throughout. Jaimin at reception deserves special thanks for being so welcoming, helpful, and professional. Highly recommended.
