The room felt like prison level deprivation dressed up as “value.” I left wanting never to return to an Ibis Budget, and I stand by that: this isn't budget, it's below budget and below even the lowest expectations. The lighting and controls were the worst part. They stayed lit all night, and the standard design and control panels from Accor Group don't let you turn everything off. A button made a sound like it was triggering a switch relay under the bed, and it had clearly been broken for some time. Why isn't there a way to switch off the button lights? I hadn't slept well and only wanted to leave as soon as possible, not change rooms. When I left, the team wasn't at reception, otherwise I would've gladly told them exactly what I thought. The closest thing I've experienced to a prison like room, without having to commit a crime.

Mohamed jassir made me feel genuinely welcome and valued throughout my stay. He was friendly, professional, and ready to help from the start. His quick answers and attention to detail made everything more comfortable and enjoyable. He's a real asset to the hotel and a great example of customer service. Thank you so much!

A clean, comfortable bed and soft, cushy pillows made this a good choice for a short stay. The bath shower pad clogs easily and needs a plunger.

The rooms are really clean and comfortable, but unfortunately very small and not equipped well for a longer visit. The staff were kind and professional, and the place couldn't be cleaner. The location has drawbacks: there's a busy road beside it, not many convenience stores nearby, and the metro is a 15-minute walk. The area is pretty "diverse", interpret that however you want.

The room was reasonable, but there was no wardrobe, only hooks on the wall by the bedside for hanging clothes. The bad part was the unpleasant, stinky smell. I checked in very late, so couldn't get another room. Reception was cooperative and gave me air freshener when I asked, but I had to leave the window open in freezing weather. Also, be aware that on-site parking isn't free, the hotel charges £10 a day.
