Ibis London Docklands Canary Wharf

I’ve stayed at Ibis London Docklands hotel in Canary Wharf several times, and the experience has been consistently good. The team across reception, the bar, breakfast, management and housekeeping were all friendly and attentive. It felt like everyone wanted each visit to go well. The lobby and bar are spacious and relaxed, and the rooms have plenty of space, comfortable beds and all the amenities I needed. The shower area is a decent size too. Breakfast is worth adding, with good quality hot and continental options, including a decent vegetarian selection. It’s a lovely area and a great location. I highly recommend the hotel for its rooms and service, and it’ll stay my usual choice when I’m in London.

ANANDHA made my visit memorable with his outstanding service. He was warm and welcoming from the moment I arrived, checked me in quickly, and explained the hotel and its amenities. He also helped throughout my stay with directions, transport arrangements and suggestions for local attractions. He was prompt, knowledgeable and always ready to assist. His friendly, professional manner helped create a welcoming atmosphere, and I was thoroughly impressed by how much care he showed for guests. I highly recommend the Ibis hotel and want to recognize ANANDHA for such exceptional service. ❤️

The rooms are fun and funky, with the usual channels and the great extra of a Chromecast. Anandha was brilliant from check-in through to serving at the bar, and a lovely gentleman all round. Had a lovely stay and will definitely be back. I’d recommend this hotel.

We stayed here for the O2 and it worked perfectly, just a quick train and Tube ride away. The staff were very helpful, especially Anandhas. We’d been up since 3am, and they let us know about early check-in. They also stored our bags after checkout so we could enjoy London before our flight home.
