I had a wonderful stay in a suite on the 10th floor. It was spacious, spotless and smelled amazing every time we came in. The room was clearly kept to a high standard, and daily room service made everything more comfortable and relaxing. Daria deserves a special mention. She was friendly, attentive and professional every time, helped us with whatever we needed, and her positive, helpful attitude made the stay even better. She’s a real asset to the hotel. A fantastic stay, and I’d definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Daria was so friendly and helpful throughout our stay. She made sure we had what we needed, and even brought extra towels and a blanket in the evening, which helped in the cold weather. Her kind, professional and warm manner really improved the experience. The room on the 9th floor was amazing, clean and comfortable, with a lovely smell. The bed was very comfortable and the room felt cozy, a great place to relax after a long day. It was a wonderful stay, and I’d happily return. Daria really made us feel welcome.

Barista Maja at reception set a lovely tone for my stay with her kind manner, attention to detail and positive energy. The staff were welcoming, professional and ready to help throughout. I had a very pleasant visit to Ibis London Earls Court. The hotel was relaxed, the service efficient, and the clean, comfortable rooms were what you’d expect from Ibis. It’s also convenient for public transport and getting into central London. A dependable option with a genuinely friendly team. I’d gladly return.

The hotel felt welcoming and relaxed, and my partner and I had a wonderful stay. Dinner at the restaurant was excellent, with outstanding service from Shrey Noura. He was attentive, kind and always available, making sure we had everything we needed. His care and professionalism made the meal a real pleasure. We’d happily recommend both the hotel and its restaurant.

Dragan looked after me at the first-floor restaurant and made an excellent oat flat white. We had a good chat, and he shared some interesting stories about his passion for photography. Great guy. I spent one night at the Mercure Hotel Earl’s Court. My room was clean and very quiet, which I really appreciated. I’ll definitely come back when I’m in London.
