Ibis London Shepherds Bush

The location is great, and I’d stay here again. For the price, it’s a good three-star option. Room 111 on the first floor was clean and quiet, with a comfortable bed, both soft and firm pillows, and a good pod shower. The quiet aircon warmed it well on a cold night, and there were USB sockets, a kettle, tea, and coffee. No fridge, but you can get ice from the bar. The buffet breakfast was fair for the cost, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Reception is open 24/7. The TV only had old-style terrestrial channels in low definition, but it was fine. Parking at W12 car park on Charecroft Way costs the same as at Westfield. If you use the uncovered area at the far end, there’s a door right beside it that takes you straight to the first-floor rooms with a room key or buzzer.

Breakfast was great, and the rooms are spacious and clean. You can leave a label on the bed to say which service you’d like. There’s plenty close by too, including two tube lines, pubs, theatres, places to eat, and supermarkets. Shepherds Bush market is nearby and worth a visit if you’re into fabric. I counted about 18 fabric shops on the walk from the hotel to the market!

Nicola made me feel welcome as soon as I arrived. She was kind, professional, and always ready to help throughout my week at Ibis Shepherd’s Bush. Thanks to her and the rest of the staff for such an enjoyable stay. My room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel has a pleasant, relaxed feel. Its location also made getting around London easy. I’d recommend it for the comfort, service, and genuinely welcoming atmosphere.

The location is excellent, with everything I could want close by, so it’s a great base for a few days in London. I’ve only just checked in, but the room was already ready before 3pm. It’s clean and tidy, the shower has hot water, and toiletries are provided. The receptionist was friendly and helpful too.
