Ibis London Stratford

We found it easy to get an Uber here, and it felt safe with cars pulling into the small driveway by the entrance. The hotel is a short walk from one of the station entrances, and Stratford has great connections on the Elizabeth, DLR, Mildmay, Central, and Jubilee lines. Our room was lovely and spacious. We could adjust the heating or open the window, and the shower got wonderfully hot. The bar was okay, handy for picking up a bottle and a snack to take upstairs.

Check-in and check-out were fast and hassle-free, and the staff were polite, professional, and helpful throughout my visit. My room was clean, well cared for, and had what I needed for a short stay. The hotel is well placed for public transport, shops, and restaurants. It was comfortable and good value, and I’d gladly stay here again.

I’ve been coming to this hotel for business trips to London since around 2017. Booking ahead helps keep the price reasonable, and I think joining the loyalty program got me an extra 10% off. The rooms are fairly spacious and clean, and the staff are consistently friendly and helpful. The breakfast has also been good value by London standards. There’s a wide choice, including healthier options as well as a full English. Stratford station is about an 8-9 minute walk away, with easy connections toward central London. A large supermarket is just a minute away, and there are plenty of pubs, shops, and restaurants nearby.

Tatiana made our trip to see ABBA Voyage feel so special. The whole team were friendly, handled a busy hotel without getting flustered, and made it clear they enjoy their work. Breakfast was hot and really nice, and our clean, modern room added to a lovely stay. The location worked perfectly for our plans too. We stayed at Travelodge the last time we were in Stratford, and the service there was nowhere near as professional or friendly. Thanks to everyone at the Ibis. We had a thoroughly enjoyable visit and will be back.
