I appreciated how the staff handled my two separate bookings. They made sure I could return to the same room, which made the arrangements much easier, and they were kind and generous throughout. It was clear they cared about making everything go smoothly. Jubilee Hotel Victoria was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient. I had a great stay in London and would happily return and recommend it.

Arzu at reception was especially kind and helpful, and all the staff were friendly. My son and I spent two nights here and had a wonderful time. The hotel was quiet, beautiful, and very clean, and the location near the train and bus stations felt safe and convenient. We’ll definitely return.
