The staff were really welcoming, and I enjoyed the neighborhood, with plenty of cafes, shops, and restaurants. Victoria station and Westminster Abbey are about 15 minutes away. For a budget hotel, it felt better cared for than many others I’ve tried in London. The room was clean, there was a working lift, and I got plenty of hot water. The windows were double glazed, so they kept some outside noise out. There’s a 24-hour reception, though the room wasn’t automatically cleaned during my stay. That didn’t bother me. I’d happily stay here again.

There are lots of nearby places to eat, including markets, coffee shops, and restaurants, and it’s easy to get around by bus or underground. I loved being able to walk to Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, and the London Eye. The room was comfortable, though small, and the upstairs floor was noisy.

The concierge sorted out my noisy room right away and moved me somewhere more suitable. I really appreciated it, and slept well after that. A good choice for a quick, last-minute stay in Central London.

The room was small, but clean and had the basics: a hair dryer, kettle, and complimentary tea and coffee. It’s in a very good spot near major sights like Buckingham and Big Ben, and the service was great too. Special thanks to Nassim, who was really nice and helpful.

For a budget stay in London, I really can’t complain. The location and staff were excellent. A few upgrades would make a big difference, but the great location wins out.
