London Hilton on Park Lane

A week after getting home, we're still thinking about the warmth we received from Abi, Serry and the whole team. Their genuine care made our vacation week one of the best we've had. Abi at the front desk went far beyond what we expected to sort out our particular room needs. Later, while we were waiting for help at the busy desk, he recognised us and immediately asked a colleague to take care of what he already knew we needed. We were amazed by that attention. At breakfast, Serry welcomed us every morning like family. Her service was perfect, but it was her smile and energy that touched us most. The location was perfect, the view breathtaking, and the elevators were the most efficient we've ever encountered. Room service even got in touch to ask how they could help. Outstanding hotel!

Charlie and I stayed at the London Hilton on Park Lane in December 2022, and years later I still think about that visit. Mayfair, right by Hyde Park, made a magical December trip to London feel even more special. The team were attentive, professional and warm throughout. Their hospitality felt thoughtful and natural, and you could tell they took pride in their work. The hotel has an elegant, iconic feel without being stuffy or intimidating. Our spotless room was spacious and comfortable, with beautiful views over London. Waking up to the winter skyline felt cinematic. It was a place where we felt looked after from beginning to end, and the stay still feels special when I look back on it. Thanks to everyone at the London Hilton on Park Lane for a visit we'll remember.

I've never stayed in the rooms, but the buffet lunch alone makes the restaurant worth recognising. You can choose what you want, and the food is consistently high quality and beautifully presented. It feels generous without becoming chaotic. The guests add something to the experience too. They're refined, international and calm, creating a distinctive atmosphere that's hard to find in London hotels these days. For a meal, this place is absolutely worth it.

This is easily one of my favourite Hilton hotels. My visit felt seamless, starting with an effortless check-in from Titus and Abi at reception. They were warm and professional, and the executive lounge team, Stan, Melissa and Safna, were just as impressive. Everyone showed consistent care and went out of their way to make me feel looked after. I hope management recognises what an asset the whole team is. Already looking forward to coming back.
