About this property
The London House Hotel comprises five interconnected Victorian era buildings to form a 103 room hotel. The air-conditioned large lobby has cream walls, which contrast with the black reception desk and vibrant purple lounge chairs. It features charcoal grey chandeliers hanging from high ceilings, while tall mirrors add sunshine and a sense of spaciousness. All the rooms have been furnished with a blend of style and functionality in mind. Simple painted walls mean rooms feel light, while surfaces feature a dark wood veneer, such as bedheads, shelves and wardrobes. Each room has an en suite shower room tucked behind a white wooden door. Comfortable beds are accessorised with Byzantium purple cushions. The Breakfast Room is located on the lower ground floor, accessed just off the lobby. Dark tan chairs sit against square wooden tables. There is a wall of mirror lined with soft crimson chairs. Like the rest of the hotel, it's a sunny space, with five skylights. We offer a Continental breakfast selection between 7am and 11am as well as a range of services and amenities. This hotel offers excellent value for money in one of the world's most vibrant cities.

We enjoyed a nice weekend at this charming hotel. It has a classic look and traditional details, like the windows and staircases. There's a romantic feel if that's what you're after, but it doesn't feel cold or impersonal. The hotel still has modern comforts, with clean bathrooms, clean beds and a good breakfast. We asked for vegan milk and they had it. The team were friendly at reception and during breakfast. They were always fetching fresh fruit, bread and other things for hungry guests. The location, between two metro stations and fairly central, made nearby points of interest easy to reach.

The neighborhood was a lovely surprise: quiet, clean and safe, with beautiful buildings. Bars, cafés, shops, restaurants, a pharmacy, post office, metro and buses were all just a short walk away. The hotel itself was spotless, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was small, but worked well for us. The bathroom was shiny clean, and even the toilet seat was oddly comfortable. It was a cozy place to stay, and I’d happily come back.

We had a lovely, quiet stay, and the staff were friendly. The bathrooms look newly renovated and were bright and clean. The rooms are pretty simple, but the location is ideal for exploring London, with everything you need close by and beautiful buildings around the square. I’d definitely stay here again next time I’m in London.

The rooms are basic and on the small side, though that’s what you’d expect in London. They were very clean, the beds were good, and the towels were nice and large. The hotel is great value, except for breakfast, which I wouldn’t buy again. Location is the main draw, with several Underground stations nearby and lots of shops and restaurants just around the corner. I’d consider coming back.

There are plenty of shops and restaurants within a five-minute walk, along with two Underground stations. The team was very friendly and always ready to help. Our room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and we liked being able to open the windows. Internet was a useful extra, and there’s also a breakfast option. We had an excellent stay at London House Hotel and will definitely return.
