We had three rooms for three nights, breakfast included, and found the staff extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious with good choices for the vegans in our group. The hotel itself is very nice and welcoming. The Thames and several bridges are an easy walk away, and there are multiple Underground stations close by. We ran out of time to visit the Tate Modern, which is more or less across the street. There’s a Rentbrella umbrella rental option at reception and a terminal for booking an Uber.

We stayed here with my partner for our anniversary holiday on 03/02/26 and absolutely loved it. The room was spacious, clean, and modern, with a lovely big bed, tea and coffee facilities, a mini fridge with complimentary drinks, a modern bathroom with a rainfall shower, and working air conditioning. Reception staff were friendly and accommodated all our needs. I didn’t catch his name, but the gentleman working at the bar around 2 pm on 3 February was great too. He helped us choose drinks and gave us gin glasses and ice to take to our room that evening. We’d told the staff we were celebrating our anniversary, and they went above and beyond by leaving a complimentary welcome cake. Such a lovely touch that made it feel even more special. Breakfast was plentiful, with a wide selection of food, juices, and hot drinks, and it was regularly restocked. My partner especially enjoyed the vegan options, particularly the mushrooms. It was an amazing stay that made our anniversary special. 10/10, would stay again.

The room was a real highlight, with a big bed, a roomy shower, coffee-making things, a mini fridge, and a smartTV. The staff were friendly and helpful too, and I really enjoyed staying here. Breakfast was the one letdown: the buffet felt cramped for the number of people there, with limited choice, and it wasn't up to the standard I've had at other Mercure Hotels. I also thought the price was a bit high for what they offered. Apart from that, no complaints.

We found it easy to get around from the hotel, with Tower Bridge, Borought Market, and Southbank all walkable and buses serving London's main areas. The hotel and our room were very clean, and breakfast had a delicious buffet with plenty of choice. Everyone at reception was welcoming and ready to help. A big thank you to Mrs. Ruchi, Mrs. Mercedesz, Mrs. Marie and Mr.Gus, as well as the restaurant team and all the other staff who helped make our stay a good one.

Mathew really made a difference during our stay. He was professional, friendly, and ready to help whenever we needed something. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and clearly well kept, and we had a great time overall. We'd happily recommend it and its lovely staff.
