Daria from housekeeping was always kind, attentive, and professional when I needed anything extra. The daily cleaning was dependable and thorough, and it helped me feel at home and properly relax. I was on the 9th floor, and the room was fresh and welcoming from the start, with a light scent and careful upkeep throughout. The bed was neatly made and very comfortable, while the bathroom was spotless and sanitized. I was delighted with my stay and would gladly return or recommend the hotel.

The breakfast each morning was exceptional, and our room was quiet at night, spotless, and thoughtfully set up. The bed was very comfortable, with plenty of storage, complimentary toiletries, and reliable Wi-Fi. We had a fantastic three-night stay. The reception team even arranged an earlier check-in, which helped a lot after our long trip. Daria was warm, attentive, and professional, taking care of every request with a smile. The team also kept checking that we were comfortable and had what we needed. We'd be happy to stay again and recommend it to friends and family.
