We’d all happily stay again after our wee girls’ trip to London. The triple room was small, but clean, and the staff were kind. The location was superb. The kitchenette was a bonus, and we had a really good hot shower with strong pressure, comfy beds, and a big telly. No bedbugs for us, despite what other reviews said. If you’re like us and just want a clean, safe bed for the night and a base for exploring the city, don’t be put off by the reviews. :)

I hadn't even arrived, but the way they handled a simple date change put me off staying here. I booked on Monday for a Wednesday arrival in London, then got word that morning that my flight was cancelled. I asked to move the booking to new dates. They told me to contact booking.call, which I did, even though the booking instructions said to contact them directly. My request was declined, the original reservation was left in place, and nobody replied to my first message or contacted me. That’s very poor service, and I wouldn't book with them again if basic customer care is this difficult.

A great spot for a long weekend. The little room was clean and nice, with high ceilings, and the neighbourhood is gorgeous and really well located. There’s a compact but complete kitchen with the essentials, plus an iron and hair dryer. The beds are firm. Strongly recommend it.

For a last-minute booking, it turned out to be worth it. Just make sure you go to reception first, as the confirmation may mention. We arrived at the address with all our luggage, then had to walk a few blocks to the reception building and back again. Calling ahead could save you that hassle.
