Novotel London Tower Bridge

The metro stop is right beside the hotel, less than a minute on foot, and most major tourist buses are only a 1-2 minute walk away. Many major attractions were close too, which made sightseeing easy. There were also halal restaurants nearby, and I appreciated having a water filter on every floor. My room had enough space for our small family of four, making my first London trip comfortable. The staff were polite and helpful the whole time. I'd love to stay again if I get the chance.

The location worked really well for the Tower and access to the river, with Tower Hill tube station about a 200 metre walk away. There are lots of pubs a short walk from the hotel too. The staff were lovely and did the hotel proud. Check-in through check-out was easy, smooth, and friendly. Room 738 was excellent, spotless, and very quiet, and the bar staff were welcoming and helpful.

For my son's birthday, we arrived to find balloons and a cake in our family room, which really blew us away. The room was ideal, and the customer service was excellent. Every staff member was amazing and helpful. The location was excellent too. We'd definitely stay again. Thank you.

Eva and Rakin were lovely and very helpful. The hotel had put up balloons and left a cake for my birthday surprise stay, which was a really nice touch. The location is perfect, the facilities were clean, and our room was spacious. Absolutely lovely hotel, definitely recommend it.
