Orchid Epsom Sure Hotel Collection by Best Western

We’ve stayed here three times now, and it has lived up to our expectations each time. It’s very budget-friendly and better than most hotels in that price range, with consistently clean rooms and excellent service. The location works really well for Stoneliegh, Epsom and Tolworth. Darshni welcomed us warmly, and her friendly, professional manner made us feel at home straight away. The hospitality was great throughout, and we’d happily come back. A highlight is the traditional pub, The Queen Adelaide, with its lovely atmosphere, food and drinks.

The decor and furniture are looking a little worn and dated, and it’s clear the hotel has seen better days. Still, it was decent value for the price and a comfortable place to rest if you’re not expecting luxury. Our room was clean and had what we needed, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was handy for exploring the area. We had a pleasant stay.

Rebecca was so helpful and polite at reception. I couldn’t have asked for a nicer person to meet when checking in, and I really want to thank her. The room was very good for a basic one, and the hotel was conveniently close to where I was working. I can’t praise Rebecca enough.

The breakfast box was a nice surprise. We knew there wasn’t a cooked breakfast, but it came with warm sausages in a toasted bun. Darsini was helpful from the moment we spoke at reception right through checkout, and even brought breakfast to our room. She was kind and just right for the front of house. We couldn’t have picked a better hotel. We’ll recommend it and definitely come back.
