I didn't see the reviews until after booking, so I was worried. I stayed on the first floor and, thankfully, didn't run into the mouse problems mentioned in some other reviews. The photos were misleading, though. The rooms are much smaller and less appealing than they look online, and I was shocked when I first walked in. It wasn't a bad room otherwise: the sheets and bathroom were clean, and the heating worked. The service was good as well. I spilled coffee on the bed, and the staff promptly arranged a free cleaning, even though their policy is to clean only every five days. They also quickly brought me some cutlery when I asked. For the price, I think it's good value if all you need is a place to sleep in a very convenient location. It's not as luxurious as other hotels, but it was money well spent at a decent price.

The staff were polite and really helpful, and the hotel was lovely, stylish and comfortable. Shops are close by and the Tube station is very near. Breakfast costs extra, but it's worth paying for. I'd stay here again if I come back to London.

I've stayed here a number of times. The staff are always welcoming and friendly, and breakfast is good and reasonably priced. It's very family friendly, and there's free overnight parking on the road just outside. A great choice if you're looking for somewhere near Central London or Westminster that isn't overpriced.

The location was fine, about ten minutes from the Tube and places to eat. The hotel is apparently four star, but I was disappointed. The staff ignored me while they tried to find my booking, which turned out to be an issue with the names being mixed up. Then, less than half an hour after we got to the room, someone came in to finish getting it ready. Our room faced the lift, and it could really use some soundproofing. It wasn't clean either: there were hairs and toiletries left by previous guests, the shower door wouldn't close properly, and the whole place needed some care. The TV got only one channel, if that. The room service QR code let you order food, but nothing else it advertised.

The room was small and short on storage, though we were fine with that. For a place to sleep and wash, it works well, especially given the great price and location. If you want luxury, this probably isn't the right choice. The staff were really friendly, so I have no complaints.
