The breakfast was phenomenal, among the best I’ve had at a hotel. The concierge and Flaminia Acernese were especially helpful, and a pleasure to meet. From arrival, the staff were kind and attentive. We liked being beside a riverside trail for walking and running, and it was still quiet at night. An outstanding hotel, and I’d be excited to visit again.

Flaminia and the Guest Relations Team made our celebrations feel special, with a lovely handwritten note and flawless coordination for my girlfriend’s birthday and our anniversary. The small practical gestures mattered too. They got us travel adapters, and at 1:30 AM the night staff brought bowls and cutlery to our room for our noodles. They were enthusiastic and proactive, even with an outside food request, and made our comfort feel like the priority. Park Hyatt London River Thames gave us a memorable mix of grand luxury and personal hospitality. From big occasions to midnight cravings, the team delivered around the clock. Best hospitality experience in London, hands down. Can’t wait to return.

A walk along the embankment takes you to Big Ben one way, or Battersea Power Station and its shopping mall the other. It’s also a great spot for a morning jog before work. Park Hyatt London River Thames lives up to its brand with elegance, calm, and quality throughout. The position by the River Thames is lovely, and the hotel feels refined. Rooms are modern, stylish, and practical, with thoughtful design and high-quality amenities. Breakfast has a wide, excellent selection that makes it feel like an experience. The gym and swimming pool are top-notch and well maintained. A very well-executed stay.

The nice lobby and downstairs didn’t make up for the room or the area. There was roadwork as soon as we left the building, and the high-rises made the neighborhood feel cold, industrial, empty, and soulless. The Battersea Power Station mall was okay, though dark and dingy. The Thames view was depressing, but I don’t blame the hotel for that. Our room was odd: we had to enter through the bathroom. It was small and stuffy, and while the bathroom itself was okay, the room didn’t feel luxurious. The check-in woman was rude and couldn’t operate the lift, so she had to call someone else for help. Most of the staff were subpar too. I expected better, given how nice the Park Hyatts in the Middle East are. This wasn’t worth what we paid.

Getting around London was easy, with Vauxhall tube on the Victoria line so close by. The room and view were stunning, and dinner and breakfast were delicious. Staff gave me some of the best service I’ve ever had, and nothing seemed too much trouble for them. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Park Hyatt River Thames and would 100% recommend it to anyone after 5-star London luxury.
