Park Plaza London Riverbank

We spent four nights here in February for a couple of gigs in Brixton and our anniversary. The hotel was lovely, well placed for everything we needed, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The sauna and steam room were fantastic, and staff kept them in great condition. There was a maintenance problem with our original room, but Khaldoon took great care of us. He upgraded us to a wonderful suite and helped move all our belongings while we were out for the day. He really worked to make the trip special. We had a fantastic stay, with a special thank you to him for his generosity and help.

I've stayed here twice recently for work and love the hotel. The staff were kind and welcoming, and all the amenities were spotless and easy to use. But both visits were ruined by how unbearably hot it was, and I barely slept either time. During the first stay, I called reception about the heat and an engineer came up. He said the AC was working and already at its lowest setting, but even lying on top of the covers, we struggled to sleep. The second time was just as bad. At first we wondered if it was only us, then other guests told us they felt the same. Front desk staff said they'd heard the same feedback from other guests and would pass it on. I want to give the hotel another chance because we love everything else, but I can't face another sleepless night.

Mr. Alper, the Reception Manager, kindly gave us a wonderful room with a stunning view, and his friendly manner made us feel welcome. The room was clean, comfortable, and well prepared, and the whole property was well maintained. We had an amazing January stay at Riverbank, with an excellent location close to attractions and convenient for getting around. We really enjoyed our time and would happily recommend the hotel.

The skyline view from my room was breathtaking. Waking up to it made my London stay feel even more special. The room itself was spacious, spotless, comfortable, and modern, with excellent amenities, and the hotel facilities had everything I needed for a relaxing visit. The hotel is conveniently close to attractions, restaurants, and public transport, which made exploring easy. Viduni was especially kind, professional, and attentive, making sure every detail was right. Her warm manner made me feel welcome and really stood out. I highly recommend the hotel and would stay again on my next London trip.
