The rooms were new, spacious and fitted with air conditioning, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was okay, though a bit cold. Dinner was great, with a good selection, but it was very busy and they could use a few more team members. The young lady who welcomed us at check-in, and later looked after us at dinner, was so attentive and kept our drinks topped up. I think her name was charley. She explained the hotel services when we arrived, and check-in was quick and easy. We’d booked a few months ahead to visit family nearby and weren’t sure about the location or how to get there. I’d definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting Tottenham stadium. There’s also a Tesco about a five-minute walk away.

Monica and Mohan were fantastic with me, even while handling a lot of customers and showing a new starter the ropes. Service was a little slow because they were under pressure, but they stayed professional, warm and friendly throughout. I’d definitely stay here again when I’m in the area. Thank you!

Fabrizia made us feel so welcome and looked after throughout our stay. Each morning she greeted us with a genuine smile, helped us pick the best breakfast options and brought such a positive mood to the day. She’s kind, attentive, professional and clearly cares about her work. Her service added something special to our time at the hotel, and she’s a real asset to the team. We sincerely hope we’ll see her again on our next visit.

The hotel isn’t very central, but the staff’s kindness and willingness to help made up for that during my few days here for work. Fabrizia deserves a special mention. She made me feel especially welcome, gave me useful advice and extra information, and was always available when I needed something. I’d recommend this place particularly for a business stay.
