Premier Inn London Kew Bridge

We really enjoyed our stay, and the location worked brilliantly for our visit to Kew Gardens and Richmond. The hotel is starting to show a little wear compared with other Premier Inns I've stayed in, but the price is very competitive. Those small flaws were easy to overlook because every staff member we met was incredibly friendly and helpful.

I'm a regular here and find it pretty much faultless. The rooms are spotless, and the housekeeping ladies do a great job turning them around even when it's busy. The front of house feels a bit dated, but the staff give excellent service and are happy to accommodate even the most tiresome visitors. They're attentive, positive, and willing to help with anything, big or small. Jesvil is a very good manager, and his staff and colleagues are a credit to him. Great team. Ultimate Wi-Fi works flawlessly too.

The staff at reception, especially the manager, were so helpful. They showed us which bus to take to Kew, then arranged a taxi for us later. Housekeeping were pleasant and polite, and our room was spotless. Breakfast was brilliant, with pretty much anything you could want. Food was replenished regularly and dirty dishes cleared straight away. We had a fabulous weekend at Premier Inn Kew Bridge. The Black Dog, down the little road opposite the hotel, is worth a mention too. We had an amazing Sunday lunch there. We'll definitely stay here again.

Our room on the top floor was spacious, thoughtfully designed, and quiet, so we slept well. It was a short, fairly pleasant walk across Kew Bridge to Kew Gardens, about half an hour at a stroll. There are also a couple of nice pubs and restaurants nearby. The hotel was much nicer than I'd expected.
