Premier Inn London Southgate

The housekeeping team kept our rooms to a very high standard, and the bed had us asleep in no time. Linda was wonderful and went well beyond what we expected. The management team also worked efficiently and set a great example. I can't say enough about the Premier Inn at Southgate. After this stay, we'll keep looking for a Premier Inn when we arrange future trips.

The staff were what made our relaxed four-night family stay with young children especially good. Even though they were busy and short-staffed, everyone was cheerful, helpful, and willing to do what we asked. Lily, Ebrahim, and Anjith deserve a special mention for taking extra care to make us comfortable. The rooms were clean and breakfast was good. We'd happily come back and recommend it.

My 84-year-old grandma needed an accessible room and had a lot of requests. Ibrahim was patient and incredibly helpful, and Nikolata brought such warm energy while cleaning her room. She was quick and thorough, and considerate of my grandma's needs. Both of them did far more than expected, which says a lot about the management. Foyaj and Laylee were amazing too, and Ankith was always ready to help. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and well maintained, with very comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. The service was truly exceptional.

We stayed for a week while visiting family and found the rooms clean and nice. The location worked well for us, with the tube station close by for getting around. The staff were friendly, and Ibrahim was especially helpful throughout our stay.
