Premier Inn London Sutton

I had to ask reception for more coffee and sugar after using what was supplied, and the helpful lady got me some without any trouble. The reception area and TV were decent, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. As at every Premier Inn, everything was clean and the reception staff were friendly and helpful. This one was as good as the other Premier Inns I’ve stayed in.

The Bar and Block restaurant had excellent food and staff, and the hotel’s central location made shopping convenient. I stayed here for six weeks after a serious fire at home, while I looked for temporary accommodation from late September through October and early November this year. The staff treated me like family and were kind, friendly and empathetic. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. I’ve stayed at many Premier Inns before, but this one really stands out. After a long-haul flight, the front desk kindly let me check in a little early. The hotel is very central, close to the high street and restaurants. I’d recommend it if you’re after somewhere quiet and comfortable in a central location.

Tatiana at reception deserves a big thank you. Because I booked through Expedia, I couldn’t use the self-service kiosks, but she helped me check in manually without any trouble. Sutton High Street has plenty of amenities right nearby, and there’s a handy 24/7 car park close by. The steakhouse on the ground floor is useful when you don’t want to go far for dinner. If you need to be within reach of the M25 or Surrey, this is a reliable, modern and well-connected urban base, and a great alternative to traditional village hotels or run-down inns in the county. My stay was straightforward and stress-free.
