Spectacular Apartments KING'S CROSS

We came to London and stayed in this stunning, modern 2-bedroom apartment. It was pretty spacious, and I chose it because I wanted to be close to King’s Cross station. Coal Drop’s Yard is nearby, with a great choice of street food, restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and outdoor space for kids. There’s also a Co-op supermarket just a 3-minute walk away. The 24 hours front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and you can use the gym room in the basement. It was a pleasant stay, and I’ll definitely stay here again on another London visit. It would’ve been nice to have umbrellas in the apartment for rainy days.

A beautiful luxury apartment for a short or ling term stay. The units are fully furnished and have full facilities, with gym, rooftop, outdoor place, 24/ 7 security, and amenities.

The location worked perfectly for us, right by the beautifully redeveloped Coal Drops Yard with its shops and restaurants. King's Cross and St. Pancras have plenty of transit options a quick walk away, and Camden Town is walkable too. My mom, two school-aged boys, and I spent 7 nights recently in an apartment at Enclave KX. It was a fantastic experience: the apartment was comfortable and convenient, the front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the Cozy booking team were terrific and quick to respond. We travel a lot, and this is one of the best apartment rentals we’ve found. Highly recommended!

I’m still staying at Enclave apartments in London, and so far it’s been unpleasant. The apartments are spotless, spacious, and have modern, comfortable furnishings. The location is great too, within walking distance of coal drops yard. We booked 4 apartments through booking.com, 2 with 2 bedrooms and 2 with 3 bedrooms. The check-in experience was extremely bad. Every room had a queen bed, with no twin option or extra bed, so any two people sharing a room had no choice but to share a bed. When we checked in, no one came to help despite the number of apartments we booked and how long we were staying. The reception staff kept saying “talk to property management through booking.” We couldn’t speak with someone in person, only reach a remote staff member by call or text. Some apartments were missing basic things like trash bins, and some light switches didn’t work. The reception gave the same answer about contacting property management through booking. The apartments didn’t all have the same things, and it felt like some items had only been left behind by previous guests. We tried to arrange cleaning through the contact shown in the elevator but got no response. Reception said cleaning had to be booked a week ahead because they’re usually too busy to service every apartment. I understood there were 2 cleaning ladies for the whole building. After some time, we managed to book cleaning 2 days later, over the weekend. Receptionists only work noon to 5 pm on weekends, so good luck finding them if you’re a tourist in London. Update: We were denied building cleaning services and the receptionist told us to contact “booking.com contact” to book cleaning, since they don’t have authority to clean apartments managed by a separate agency. The nearest date the property management could offer after we contacted them was Thursday. It’s Monday now, and we’ve been trying to book cleaning since Saturday. I’ll leave another review at checkout to update my full experience.
